Students develop high-demand skills in the Critical Path Method (CPM), resource loading, cost engineering, and industrial scheduling using Oracle Primavera P6 Professional. The curriculum integrates advanced Microsoft Excel Expert training with AI-driven automation using Microsoft Copilot to enhance project auditing and reporting efficiency. The Project Controls/Coordination student will receive specialized training in project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and technical business communications. Upon completion of the core requirements, students will receive a certificate in Project Controls/Coordination. Graduates will be skilled for entry level careers in Associate Project Coordination and Management.
